Robert serves as President of SEMS, bringing disciplined leadership forged through military service. A U.S. Army veteran, Robert served alongside co-founder Noel Segui — the two deployed together and built a bond of trust and shared purpose that would ultimately become the foundation of SEMS.

A graduate of the University of Scranton, Robert brings operational rigor and strategic vision to the company. His military background instilled an uncompromising standard for reliability, precision, and mission-first execution — qualities that define how SEMS operates from the shop floor to customer delivery.

As President, Robert oversees day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning, ensuring that every department — engineering, manufacturing, and sales — stays aligned with the company's mission. His ability to lead under pressure and maintain focus on what matters most keeps SEMS moving forward with purpose.

James Loven serves as Vice President and Lead Engineer at SEMS — and also happens to be Robert's father. A Penn State University graduate with a lifetime of hands-on engineering and design experience, James is the principal architect behind SEMS's racking and tracking product lines.

As Lead Product Designer, James translated the team's vision for storm-hardened solar infrastructure into the patent-pending closed-form tubular designs that define the Avans Rac, Utilitas Trac, and TST Series. His engineering rigor ensures every component is optimized for strength, manufacturability, and real-world field performance.

James brings a rare combination of theoretical engineering knowledge and decades of practical manufacturing expertise. From material selection to structural load analysis, he is involved in every design decision — making sure that what looks good on paper actually holds up in a 130 mph wind event.

Noel brings an extensive construction and utility-scale energy background to SEMS. With deep experience across large-scale solar installations, heavy civil infrastructure, and electrical systems, he has spent his career on job sites where structural failure isn't an option — and where every design decision is tested by weather, terrain, and time.

As CTO, Noel leads product development and the engineering vision behind every SEMS racking and tracking system — translating real-world field knowledge into patent-pending designs that are storm-hardened from the ground up. His hands-on construction expertise is the reason SEMS products are built the way they are: robust, practical, and field-proven.

A U.S. veteran, Noel served alongside co-founder Robert Loven before channeling that same sense of duty into building critical energy infrastructure. From utility-scale ground mounts to complex tracker deployments, he has seen firsthand what survives and what doesn't — and he built SEMS to make sure it survives.

John T. Hoback brings a distinguished academic and business background to SEMS. An Adjunct Professor of Business at Northampton Community College and a University of Pennsylvania graduate, John provides strategic counsel at the board level — drawing on decades of experience in business development, corporate governance, and energy markets.

His expertise in business strategy and market positioning has been instrumental in shaping SEMS's growth trajectory, helping the company navigate the complexities of scaling a manufacturing operation in the competitive renewable energy sector.

John's unique ability to bridge academic insight with real-world business execution gives SEMS an invaluable perspective on market timing, competitive differentiation, and long-term capital strategy. His counsel has helped guide the company through every stage from early funding through product launch and national market expansion.

Tom White leads SEMS's sales operations and financial strategy as VP of Sales & Finance. Based in Venice, Florida, Tom brings a seasoned perspective on capital markets, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution for the renewable energy sector.

His dual focus on sales pipeline development and financial discipline ensures that SEMS scales responsibly — maintaining healthy margins while expanding market reach across utility-scale, commercial, and agricultural solar segments.

Tom's ability to speak the language of both developers and investors makes him a critical link between the field and the boardroom. He manages key customer relationships, oversees pricing strategy, and ensures that SEMS's financial foundation stays as strong as the racking systems it builds.
